What's Covered

All refurbished batteries are covered under the warranty term listed above (3 years) from the service date, covering both:

Parts — the hybrid battery unit itself
Labor — the cost of diagnosing and correcting a covered defect, including a return visit to your location

What's Not Covered

Warranty covers battery defects only. It does not cover:

Physical damage
Water damage
Issues unrelated to the battery itself
Vehicles serviced or relocated outside of Colorado — our warranty service is performed on-site by our team, so a vehicle taken out of state is outside our service area and warranty coverage

Core Charge & Payment

The $300 core charge is fully waived when you hand over your original battery core at the time of installation — nothing is charged upfront to be paid back later.

Payment is due upon completion of service.

How a Claim Works

If a covered defect develops within the 3-year period, call us at (720) 441-4819. We come back to your location within Colorado — no shop visit, no towing — and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
