All batteries are covered for the warranty term you chose at purchase (3 years, or 6 months on the lower-priced option) from the service date, covering both:

The $300 core charge is fully waived when you hand over your original battery core at the time of installation — nothing is charged upfront to be paid back later.
Payment is due upon completion of service.
If a covered defect develops within your warranty period, call us at (720) 441-4819. We come back to your location within Colorado — no shop visit, no towing — and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
