Nothing is due upfront. Once your battery is installed and you've confirmed everything is working correctly, that's when we collect payment — no deposit required to book.
What does your warranty cover? ▾
Our 3-year warranty covers the battery unit and all labor performed during installation. If a fault develops within the warranty period, we return to your location and address it at no cost to you — parts and labor included.
Why is your price what it is? ▾
We don't run a showroom, a parts counter, or a service bay, so those costs never get added to your bill. The price you see covers the battery, the installation, and the drive to you, and it's backed by our written warranty. You pay after the job is done.
What does reconditioned mean? ▾
Reconditioned means we refurbish and restore a hybrid battery pack to working condition. It fits and works the same as the original, and it costs far less than a new dealer battery. Our warranty terms are on the

Is installation included in the listed price? ▾
Yes. Every price listed on our site includes the battery, mobile service to your location, and professional installation. There are no additional labor fees or service costs. Mobile service is free within 40 miles of Aurora, CO; for locations farther out, call us and we'll confirm all the details before booking.
Which hybrid vehicles do you service? ▾
We carry in-stock batteries for Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, Nissan, GMC, and Cadillac hybrid models. Ford and Honda hybrid batteries are available by special order with a longer lead time. If your specific vehicle isn't listed, contact us directly — we may still be able to source the right battery for you.
How can I tell if my hybrid battery needs replacing? ▾
The most common indicators are a noticeable drop in fuel efficiency, a hybrid system warning light on the dashboard, reduced acceleration response, or erratic battery charge readings. Our technician runs a full diagnostic on arrival to confirm the issue before any work is performed.
How long does the installation take? ▾
Most installations are completed in as little as 45 minutes from the time our technician arrives. Following the swap, we clear all fault codes and perform a post-install test to confirm the system is operating correctly before we leave.
